David Deetz

Vice President
Security, Design, & Compliance - DMV Operations

David Deetz is Colorado Security Agency’s Vice President for Security Design and Compliance.  In this position, he leads the agency by assessing the client’s security needs and designing cost effective solutions. Additionally, he manages the company’s operations in the Washington, DC metropolitan region.

Prior to joining the Colorado Security Agency, David served as the Special Agent in Charge of the Inspection Division, in the U.S. Secret Service’s Office of Professional Responsibility. In this role, he managed a team of thirty supervisory special agents and technical staff who conducted employee misconduct investigations, mission assurance inquiries, background investigations of the agency’s senior executives and policy compliance inspections of every division and office in the Secret Service.

Prior to that assignment, Mr. Deetz served as the U.S. Secret Service Acting Special Agent in Charge of the agency’s International Programs Division, where he oversaw a $19 million annual overseas budget; Assistant to the Special Agent in Charge of the Criminal Investigative Division, where he oversaw the agency’s Cyber Intelligence Section and served as a liaison to the Department of Homeland Security’s Office of Infrastructure Protection; and the Secret Service Attaché to the U.S. Embassy in Moscow, Russia, where he coordinated cyber and other bilateral security concerns with Russian law enforcement and security counterparts. 

Prior to joining the U.S. Secret Service’s management team, Mr. Deetz completed assignments in the Washington Field Office, Presidential Protective Division, Dignitary Protective Division and the Indianapolis Field Office. 

Originally from northeast Indiana, he served honorably for over 10 years in the U.S. Marine Corps before becoming a Special Agent in the U.S. Secret Service. 

Mr. Deetz earned a Bachelor of Arts in Russian Language and Literature from the University of the State of New York and a Masters of Public Administration degree from the University of Oklahoma.  Additionally, he completed the Key Executive Leadership Program at the American University in Washington DC.

Thomas Goheen

Vice President of Development

Tom is a U.S. Army Veteran with a background in force protection and risk mitigation. Tom served eight years in the U.S. Army Military Police Corps where he was in charge of Force Protection and Anti-Terrorism for the U.S. Army Pacific Command. Tom also served three combat deployments to some of the most dangerous regions of Iraq, training Iraqi Police on community building strategies. 

Mr. Goheen decided to leave his military career to pursue a career in the civilian sector and was recruited by Under Armor as a Physical Security officer charged with setting up Risk Mitigation strategies and securities for a two million square foot facility outside of Nashville, TN. In 2017, Mr. Goheen took a position within Colorado Security Agency as the Client Relations/Client Acquisitions representative. His duties include conducting initial Security Risk Assessments for prospective clients, security protocol development, and quarterly Risk Assessment review.

Anthony Sabio

Vice President
New York Operations

Tony Sabio is CSA’s VP of New York Operations. In this role, he is responsible for managing CSA’s York offices.   

Mr. Sabio has decades of experience in the Security and Intelligence Industry from a long and distinguished career in the US Navy, US Secret Service, and Central Intelligence Agency.  Mr. Sabio began his career in 1996 as a US Navy Hospital Corpsmen serving with the United States Marine Corps. While serving with the Marines, he was selected to become a training instructor with 1st Special Operations Training Group (SOTG), specializing in mountaineering, rock climbing and urban assault. In 2002, he joined the United States Secret Service where he served under President George W. Bush with the Emergency Response Team (ERT) as a tactical K9 handler in the Special Operations Division – President Protection Detail (PPD).

In 2007, Mr. Sabio was recruited by the Central Intelligence Agency to conduct High Threat collection operations against high valued targets under the prestigious National Clandestine Service, Counter-Terrorism Center (CTC).  Later in his Agency career, Mr. Sabio was selected as a Counter-Intelligence Officer the Counter-Intelligence Center (CIC). As a CI Officer, Mr. Sabio was assigned to the Gulf Region in charge of overseeing and developing offensive and defensive CI operations that provided vital intelligence for our policy makers. During his distinguished career with the Agency, he deployed well over 1500 days to numerous countries across the world as a Site Team Leader, Country Team Lead, and regional Counter-Intelligence Officer.

Gerald Lorminier

Director of Personnel

Gerald is CSA’s Director of Personnel. In this role, Gerald is responsible for managing CSA’s guard force to ensure that guards meet all standards laid out in our post orders.

Gerald is a retired Master Gunnery Sergeant with the United States Marine Corp. He has extensive experience in the private security industry, acting as a liaison to the US State Department, training military and police  forces in countries such as; Republic of the Sudan, Senegal, Niger, Burkina Faso, and the Democratic of Congo. 

Before entering the private sector, Gerald served 27 years with the United States Marine Corp. 

During his service, Gerald earned many awards and recognitions including; Meritorious Service Medal, 2008, 2011, Purple Heart Medal, 2005, Joint Service Commendation Medal, 2005, Combat Action Ribbon, 2005, 1991, 1988, Army Achievement Medal, 2004, Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medals, 2003, 2000, Joint Service Achievement Medal, 1998 Letter of Appreciation, 2009, 2007, 1985 Certificate of Recognition, 2005, 1999, 1998 Certificate of Commendation, 1993.

Kenneth Capolino

Director
CSA Elite

Ken is CSA’s Director of CSA’s Elite security force. CSA Elite is compromised of Military Veterans and Retired and Active Law Enforcement. CSA Elite protects some of the highest profile individuals and buildings in the world.

Ken studied Criminal Justice and Public Policy at the University of Albany, New York. After Earning his degree, he accepted a job with the United States Capitol Police here in Washington, DC.   Upon graduating from the Federal Law Enforcement Training Academy he was assigned to the US Capitol Police’s First Responder Unit (FRU). After three years assigned to FRU, Ken was selected to join the US Capitol Police’s full time anti-terrorism SWAT team, named CERT (Containment, & Emergency Response Team).  After passing a rigorous selection process, Ken remained on CERT during his tenure with the USCP, serving as Master Tactical Breacher, Lead Instructor, and team EMT/medic.  Ken has served as a tactical operator for many high profile incidents and political events such as the Congressman Scalise shooting and President Obama and President Trumps inaugurations.

Bobby Ray Huggins

Vice President of Special Operations

Bobby served our country in the Army’s 82nd Airborne Div. in both Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. He also served with the US Marine Corps as a special operator with Marine Special operation Command (MARSOC) Bobby now serves as Director of Operations for CSA Florida. 

Jacob Brown

VA Operations

Jake is a six-year veteran of the United States Marine Corps. While in the Marine Corps, he served as a logistics manager responsible for over 10 million dollars of vital military grade equipment was successfully and expediently delivered to the Marines in the front lines of Iraq and Afghanistan. In 2016 Jake left the Marine Corps to pursue a career as a Security Manager for one of the Highest Profile Politicians in America. In 2018, Colorado Security Agency (CSA) recruited Mr. Brown to become the Roving Operation Supervisor. His Duties include direct management of all CSA locations in the DMV, quarterly Risk Assessment review, scheduling management of all DMV locations, and operational training records.

Joshua Wildes

Director
Embassy Security

Joshua is the CSA Director of Embassy Security. In this role Joshua is in charge of the training and managing all CSA personnel working at  our contracted embassy sites. 

Joshua is a US Army Veteran with a background in Special Operations and Counter Terrorism. Joshua served honorably for 6 years in the US Chemical Corps as a Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear ( CBRN )  Non-commissioned Officer. Joshua’s last assignment in the military was the Crisis Response Force ( CRF ), 10th Special Forces Group ( Airborne ), Fort Carson, Colorado. He has conducted joint operations with the Hungarian, Romanian and German Special Forces as well as with the Afghan Commandos.  Joshua was in charge of coordinating and leading training with various partner force units around the world.  Joshua has multiple combat deployments to Afghanistan where he ran a forensic laboratory in addition to conducting combat operations.  He is an expert marksman and holds both the US Army Expert Marksman Badge and the Gold (expert) German Armed Forces Badge of Marksmanship known as the Schützenschnur.

Edward Gibson

North Carolina Operations

Ed is Director of Operations for CSA North Carolina. Prior to joining CSA, Ed served the Metropolitan Police Department of the District of Columbia for 26 years. From 2007 to his retirement in 2019, Ed served as the acting Lieutenant and Director of the DC Security Officers Management Branch & Gun Control Unit.  

Tawanda Richards

Field Supervisor
DC Divison

Tawanda Richards is Colorado Security Agency’s Field Supervisor.  In this role, Tawanda is responsible for supervising CSA’s guard force to enforce guards meet all standards laid out in our post orders.

Tawanda is a retired Gunnery Sergeant with 21 ½ years in the United States Marine Corps.  Tawanda has served in the private security industry as the supervisor for Homeland Security Solutions, Inc. (HSSI) aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune.  Tawanda was responsible for managing fifty-four employees, ensuring the company’s goal to provide Mission Assurance, Preparedness and Protection Technical Security and Administrative Support Services for the US Federal Departments and Other Agencies were adhered to. 

Tawanda worked for several years serving our Wounded, Ill and Injured Marines and their families.  In this role she was responsible for supervising the call center providing services/resources to over three thousand service members of the United states Marine Corps. 

Tawanda earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Campbell University and a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.

Max Langenbacher

Field Supervisor
New York Divison

Max  is a CSA Field Supervisor in our New York Division. 

Prior to joining CSA, Max  Served in the USMC enlistment as a Marine infantryman (0311) Combat Marksmanship Coach (0933) and Combat Marksmanship instructor (0931) stationed in 29 Palms, CA.

Ernest Prempeh

Field Supervisor
New York Divison

Ernie is a CSA Field Supervisor in our New York Division. 

Prior to joining CSA, Ernie Served in the USMC as a Marine infantryman (0311) with 1st Battalion 6th Marines in Camp Lejeune. During his enlistment Mr Prempeh conducted two combat deployments to the Helmand Province in Afghanistan where he earned two Bronze Stars with the most remarkable being Operation Moshtarak in the town of Marjah.

Jonathan Knapp

Field Supervisor
Michigan Division

Jon is a CSA Field Supervisor in our Michigan Division. 

Prior to joining CSA Jon served active duty in the Army from 2012-2016 with 1st Armored Division at Fort Bliss Texas as a 91D power generation repair technician, unit armor, unit CBRN rep, and unit communications rep. After leaving the Army as and E-4 Specialist he was hired as a security officer with JAG and earned a promotion to Operations Supervisor after 1 year.
